About JHA SmartMonitor^TM powered by Remote Deposit Anywhere^TM (RDA)

JHA SmartMonitor^TM provides risk management for consumer mobile deposits powered by the RDA product, including the following sophisticated capabilities.

• Real-time evaluation of consumer mobile remote deposits.
• Sophisticated risk profiles that control how high-risk transactions are identified, evaluated, and managed.
• A dynamic transaction queue for reviewing higher risk deposits and the details needed to make informed process or decline decisions.
• Robust velocity controls for consumer mobile deposits. Velocity controls are included in individual Risk Profiles to establish limits for single deposits and daily and monthly deposit activity and amounts. These controls help identify fraud attempts and reduce potential losses by controlling the amount of deposited funds for any account, day, or month.

About the JHA RDA Admin Web Service

The RDA Admin Web Service exposes a set of API’s for the RDA product that enables a smooth workflow for performing administrative tasks such as user enrollment, and management of JHASmartMonitor^TM settings. The RDA Admin Web Service can be leveraged independently or in conjunction with the RDA Web Service. Following are the features that are available through the RDA Admin API’s.

• User Enrollment - This feature is used for boarding the RDA user into the system.
• User Updates - This feature allows updates to information on a boarded RDA user. This is typically used for keeping RDA information in sync with a third party or core system.
• Account Enrollment - This feature is used for boarding RDA user deposit accounts into the system.
• Account Updates - This feature allows updates to information on a boarded RDA user deposit account. This is typically used for keeping RDA information in sync with a third party or core system.
• User Risk Management - This feature gives the ability to create and/or update velocity limits and risk factors for an RDA user.
• Risk Profile Management - This feature gives the ability to create and/or update velocity and risk templates on the RDA entity that are applied to groups of users.
• Soap or JSON - The requests can be passed to our web service in either Soap or JSON format.
• Email passed - This feature allows the RDA user to be boarded with an email address for the purpose of sending deposit notifications.
