Certification Process Guide
Introduction
The EPS certification process is a simple and straight forward process consisting of customized tests directed by one of our knowledgeable Technical Support Engineers (TSE) based on your unique workflow. Using their experience and expertise our TSEs will focus on the most meaningful tests to ensure the quality of your integration in the quickest time possible.
Below are the details of our certification process for SSO to give you an overview of what to expect.
Certification Process
The following is a high-level process workflow that describes the overall integration and certification process for SSO.
- Review SSO reference material with your Developer Portal access.
- Once the project is ready to begin, it will be assigned from the EPS project queue to an EPS technical lead and point of contact.
- Your technical point of contact will work with you on choosing redirect URLs, data format decisions for CMID and NetTellerID fields, and generate a unique SharedSecret for you.
- EPS will configure and/or create a demo merchant for SSO testing. Your technical point of contact will assist you in this setup.
- Your technical point of contact will work with you on testing to confirm that the configurations are working as expected and will certify that the integration is complete and ready for production.
- After your certification is completed, the integration project will close and your technical point of contact will notify the EPS customer support team that your integration is live. The EPS customer support team will be able to assist with any future questions and/or troubleshooting.
