SetupRecurringPayment
The purpose of this operation is to create a recurring payment plan from a customer’s account. A unique recurring reference ID should be used to identify each recurring plan set up.
note
Telephone Operator and Telephone_IVR recurring payments can NOT be set up if the customer is a business.
