Below web methods containing R11 and R10 descriptions and categories in the response has been updated according to Nacha™ Rule which will be effective from April 1st, 2020.
- The R10 description (EventDatastring (d) element in the response) will be “Customer Advises Originator is Not Known to Receiver and/or Is Not Authorized by Receiver to Debit Receiver’s Account.” R10 will continue to be categorized (TransactionStatus (d) element in the response) as “Unauthorized.”
- The R11 description (EventDatastring (d) element in the response) will be “Customer Advises Entry Not In Accordance with the Terms of the Authorization.” The R11 category (TransactionStatus (d) element in the response) previously was “Disputed,” and has changed to “Unauthorized.”

- Corrected GetHistoricalEventReport, GetHistoricalEvents, GetTransactionReport. In “wsdisplayFields” below parameters are not used: (BatchNumber, SequenceID, IsDuplicate, OrginatedAs, FaceFeeType and EffectiveDate).
- Corrected HistoricalEventReport Request and Response. In “wsdisplayFields” the following parameters are no longer used: (BatchNumber, SequenceID, IsDuplicate, OrginatedAs, FaceFeeType and EffectiveDate).
- Corrected TransactionReport Method. In “wsdisplayFields” these 3 parameters are no longer used: SequenceID, OrginatedAs and FaceFeeType. However, the BatchNumber, IsDuplicate and EffectiveDate parameters are in used.
- Corrected TransactionReportResponse. The “wsdisplayFields” element, the following fileds are in use: BatchNumber, IsDuplicate and EffectiveDate.
- Added GetHistoricalEventReportByReferenceNumber method.
- Added section Data Retention Policy.
